WHO

YOU! PAWs is open to all incoming students at the University of New Hampshire. If you want to jump start your first year of college by getting to know up to 50 other incoming students, as well as 10 upper class leaders, this is your chance. PAWs is co-run by Campus Recreation and Memorial Union/Student Activities.

WHAT

PAWs is the University of New Hampshire's newest pre-orientation program for incoming students. This 3-day, 2-night adventure will combine spending time in a beautiful outdoor setting with getting to know up to 50 other incoming students in a fun, supportive, yet challenging environment.

During PAWs you will canoe, sing songs, sit by a camp fire, and spend time with an amazing group of upper class students who are there to welcome you to the University.

WHERE

PAWs happens at the 200 acre Mendums Pond Recreation area, just 7 miles from campus, in Barrington, NH.

WHEN

PAWs is from Wednesday August 26th to Friday August 28th. You will be back on campus in plenty of time for Wildcat Days.

WHY

Why not?! Start off college by getting to know a great group of people, making a ton of new friends, learning all about UNH from upper class students, and having a fantastic time while you're at it.
