Equipment Rental Hours
You can rent equipment anytime the Rec. Center is open.
Monday - Friday - 6AM - Midnight
Saturday - 10AM - 10PM
Sunday - 10AM - Midnight

Location: Outdoor Gear Rentals occur in the equipment room on the ground floor of the Hamel Recreation Center front desk during posted hours (see above).
Rates: Daily rates are any 24 hour period. Weekend rates are Friday through Monday. Weekly rates are any seven day period.
Payment: Full payment is due when making a reservation or renting equipment on the spot. We accept cash, check, VISA/MC, and Cats Cache. A student ID# or valid credit card is required for renting.
Reservations: Advanced reservations can be made in person (sorry, no phone reservations), for up to two weeks in advance. Full payment is due at time of reservation.
Overdue Items: Daily rentals are due any time during normal operating hours on the due date. Items that are overdue will be assessed a late fee of $5.00 in addition to the daily rental fee of each item that is late.
