Location: Outdoor Gear Rentals occur at the Hamel Recreation Center front desk during normal operating hours.
Rates: Weekend rates are Friday through Monday. Weekly rates are any seven day period.
Payment: Full payment is due when picking up equipment. We accept cash, check, VISA/MC, and Cats Cache. A valid credit card is required for renting.
Reservations: Advanced reservations can be made in person, for up to two weeks in advance, by paying rental fees up front.
Overdue Items: Daily rentals are due any time during normal operating hours on the due date. Items that are overdue will be assessed a late fee of $5.00 in addition to the daily rental fee of each item that is returned late. Weekend rentals can be picked up after noon on Friday and must be returned before noon on Monday.
Refunds: No refunds will be made due to weather conditions, equipment returned early, or for equipment rented but not used
Non-students: Non-students are welcome to rent equipment, but must be charged a $1 flat fee per day.
