Water Fitness Classes
Basic aerobic class in shallow or deep water offering less impact for the same intensity as a land-based aerobic class. This class is set to music and starts with a warm up, moving into the aerobic segment, cooling down, and finishing with stretches.

**Spring classes will begin January 7th
Cost: FREE for Swasey Pool Pass holders and Recreation Pass holders OR pay the drop in daily fee of $7
