The Outdoor Pool is closed for the season.
Welcome to the UNH Outdoor Pool. The Outdoor Pool has zero depth entry, swim lanes and plenty of space for free swimming. Increased space around the pool is a great place to relax when not enjoying the water. New restrooms and bathhouse incorporate a display celebrating the history of the Outdoor Pool.

1) What are the cost to use the Outdoor Pool?

2) What is the minimum age to enter the pool?
All ages are open to use the pool. Guests under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
3) What is the lengths of the Outdoor Pool lane?
There are 8 lanes that are 25 yards long.
4) Is there a place to change my clothes?
Yes. There is a bathhouse with toilets and showers.
5) Can I bring food and drinks?
Yes. You are welcome to bring your own food and drink - please leave glass containers at home.
6) Can I bring my pet?
Please leave animals at home. Only service dogs are permitted around the pool area - not in the water.
7) How large is the pool?
The UNH Outdoor Pool is the 3rd largest pool in the state with a surface area of 14,355 square feet and 484,191 gallons of water.
8) What is the capacity?
Capacity of the facility of 522.
9) How long is the season?
Anticipated to be open from June 15 to Sept 15 each season. The 15 week season is about 40% longer than previous years. Pool is heated, which allows the season to be 15 weeks.
