Strength training classes will use bands, tubes, weights, balls, and more to strengthen all muscles in your body. Learn more about muscle balance and training techniques and then finish with a solid flexibility/stretching phase. No cardio training included in these classes.
Registration is available during all Recreation Center hours. Classes open to students and Rec Center pass holders with the group fitness sticker and guests, unless otherwise noted.
