At Home Edition #1

4 Rounds

  • 20 (per leg) Side Lunges
  • 15 Bodyweight Squats
  • 10 crunches
  • 5 Pushups

At Home Edition #2

Descending Ladder
10-1 Reps

  • Reverse Lunges
  • Russian Twists (per side)
  • Split Squats (per leg)
  • Supermans

At Home Edition #3

AMRAP - 20 minutes
(as many as possible)

  • 30 Jump Ropes
  • 30 Bodyweight Squats
  • 30 Tricep Dips
  • 30 Sit Ups

At Home Edition #4

3 – 4 Rounds

  • Surrender Squats
    (up and down -1 rep)
  • Toe Taps (40 seconds)
  • Squat to Cross Body Crunch
    (12 per leg)
  • Burpees (10)

  • 5 Boom Hit the Decks - Start standing, quickly lay down on your stomach and get back up
