Introduction to Fitness
Are you brand new to exercise, don't quite know where to start, or just need more structure to your fitness routine? These programs can help you out.
Everyday, a new workout is posted by UNH's Personal Trainers in the HRC to help mix up workouts and introduce new equipment and exercises. Workouts can be found in the Functional Fitness Area on the 2nd Floor of the HRC. Questions or requests? Ask a staff member or contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Meet with staff from the Hamel Recreation Center and Health & Wellness for an informative (and fun!) panel discussion with plenty of opportunity for questions and answers. Participants will gain an understanding of how physical activity, nutrition, sleep and coping with stress all work in tandem. This 50-minute program will provide students with information on how to access and best use nutrition, recreation, and wellness programs at UNH to meet their goals.
