Whether you want a general weight training program or need more help understanding how to use the equipment in the Fitness Center, this 1.5 hour session is one-on-one time with a PT to make you more comfortable in the fitness center, offer tips on weight room etiquette, discuss your goals and offer appropriate fitness plan ideas, and /or provide you with a basic program to get you started safely and effectively.
