Small Group Training
This program is open to all HRC members. Instructors are nationally certified and here to educate and motivate each participant. Small Group Training is a 3 week training program that focuses on exercises that build functional strength, power, agility. Each class teaches participants how to execute exercises and use equipment effectlively. Whether you're new to fitness or want to work on your technique, Small Group Training will help give you the knowledge and confidence to meet your goals.

Designed to teach novice lifters how to effectively use a barbell in exercises like the squat, deadlift, bench press, and more.
