Rental Hours
Spring Semester
Monday - Friday - 10AM-1PM
Monday - Thursday - 4-6PM
Please note that you will only be able to return items during the times listed above. Daily rentals will not be avaialbe on weekends. If you'd like to rent on a weekend, you'll need to rent the item for the full weekend. Pickup will be Friday, 10AM-1PM and return will be Monday, 10AM-1PM.
CLOSED DURING SPRING BREAK - 3/10-3/14 (be sure to rent for break by 3/7)

Rental Conditions
Location: Outdoor Gear Rentals occur in the equipment room on the ground floor of the Hamel Recreation Center front desk during posted hours (see above).
Rates: Daily rates are any 24 hour period. Weekend rates are Friday through Monday. Weekly rates are any seven day period.
Payment: Full payment is due when making a reservation or renting equipment on the spot. We accept cash, check, VISA/MC, and Cats Cache. A student ID# or valid credit card is required for renting.
Reservations: Advanced reservations can be made in person (sorry, no phone reservations), for up to two weeks in advance. Full payment is due at time of reservation.
Overdue Items: Daily rentals are due any time during normal operating hours on the due date. Items that are overdue will be assessed a late fee of $5.00 in addition to the daily rental fee of each item that is late.
