Instructional programs offer experiential learning, personal enrichment, skill building and wellness opportunities for a diverse campus community. Programs provide patrons recreation opportunities for fitness, fun, and positive social interaction through a diverse array of disciplines.

Tennis Lessons
Learn tennis skills with a three week introduction course, taught by a certified instructor. Group, Private, and Semi-Private lessons available.

Private Cooking Demo
Pick the recipe and then prepare the meal. Learn cooking techniques in an interactive environment.

Level One Archery
Gain the knowledge and skills to become a certified archery instructor and maintain safety on the range.

Learn to Boulder
Introduction to body movement, footwork, spotting and safely falling on HRC's Bouldering Wall.

Learn to Skate
Feel more confident on the ice with the guidance of a certified instructor. Group, private, and semi-private lessons available.

Women-Only Swim
Women-only swim is an open swim time for individuals who identify as women.

First Aid and CPR
Be prepared for an emergency. First aid and CPR training at Campus Recreation offers certification and re-certification classes.

Women's Self Defense
Rape Aggression Defense (RAD) self defense for women is led by the UNH Police Department. FREE for UNH students, staff, and faculty.

101 Series
A great introduction to the programs offered by Outdoor Adventures. Each trip is three to four hours in length and less than an hour from campus. Instruction, gear, and transportation included.

Golf for Business and Life
Intensive three week introduction to golf's basic rules and etiquette with a PGA professional.

Masters Swim
United States Masters Swimming is a national organization that provides organized workouts, competitions, clinics, and workshops for adults ages eighteen and over.

Freestyle Figure Skating
Learn how to take skating skills to the next level with a certified US Figure Skating Coach. Great for skaters of all abilities.
Registrations for trips, classes, certifications, lessons, birthday parties, academic year youth programs and any other Campus Recreation programs are non-refundable. If unable to attend and Campus Recreation is provided a minimum of 7 days notice, a credit will be made available for a comparable program within the same academic or fiscal year. If Campus Recreation cancels a program, full refunds will be given.
