The UNH Sailing Team competes in the New England Inter-Collegiate Sailing Association (NEISA) and races throughout the fall and spring semesters. Occasionally, the team travels outside New England to compete in conferences across the country. The team holds practices four days a week and competes at multiple regattas every weekend. As a team member, you set your goals. Many members train hard, racing most weekends and aiming for championships – we’ve been selected and have competed consistently at the Regional Teams National Championships. Others enjoy sailing regularly, with a few regattas sprinkled throughout the semester; others simply enjoy sailing and feel no need to compete!
THERE IS NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO JOIN - no matter who you are, we’d love to see you out on the water with us!
