Running Club

Everyone is welcome, regardless of pace or fitness level! Our club is designed to accommodate runners of all abilities. Depending on the group’s preferences, we organize weekly runs and longer runs on weekends, either in the morning or evening. 

Most of our runs take place around the Durham area, including both road routes near campus and scenic trails. Additionally, we’ll have monthly sessions on the indoor or outdoor track for interval training, tailored for those aiming to improve their pace or simply run faster.

We hold post-run gatherings after our weekly runs and monthly meetings to discuss future activities. Let’s have fun together, run, and enjoy refreshments like coffee, bagels, and pastries afterward!
